Scott Klein, Founder & CEO
Scott brings considerable expertise to consulting, based on a distinguished 15-year career creating and delivering best in class leadership development programs, workshops and coaching solutions for a wide array of corporate, social service and not for profit clients. He has overseen large corporate HR and Learning & Development departments, and currently oversees account management, program design and delivery and executive coaching functions for Hudson Horizon Consulting.
Having lead the successful integration of more than 130 companies, Scott has also become an expert on change. Through his change leadership, he has helped many companies and thousands of employees successfully adapt to organizational change.
Most recently Scott was head of Human Resources for Alloy, Inc. a publicly traded media, marketing and retail organization based in New York City, a position he held until forming Hudson Horizon Consulting in 2005.
Prior to joining Alloy, Scott was employed by TMP Worldwide, then the parent company of Monster.com, where he served as Vice-President of Human Resources for the Americas Region.
Scott joined TMP following a successful run in a variety of leadership roles with Lord & Taylor Woodward & Lothrop/John Wanamaker, and Brooks Brothers.
Scott has published articles on maximizing performance and career success, and he is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon. He currently lives in West New York, New Jersey.
